|  | Upper Priest Lake Overnight Camping | | Upper Priest Lake is one of North Idaho's primo paddling destinations. This will be an overnight canoe or Kayak camping experience. Or if you just want to come and paddle with us on Saturday and return on your own, that's an option too. We'll put in at Lionshead State Park (on the East side) and paddle up the Thurofare (1.4 mi). We'll camp at the south end of the lake, depending on what campsites are available. The campsites have tent sites, tables, bear boxes and pit toilets. Bring your own tent, food and water, a compact chair is nice too.
